Compensation Plan Policies

General Terms:

QV: Qualification Volume—used to determine qualification for rank,

specific bonus pay percentage, and SolleRewards™ program points.

OV: Organizational Volume—the combined QV on all paid generational

levels, minimum of seven levels.

CV: Commission Volume—the value on which commissions are paid

Personal Volume: the combined volume of your personal purchases

Member:

1. $50 product purchase and completed enrollment form qualifies for a 1-yr. membership

2. Memberships may also be obtained by completing enrollment form and paying $50 fee.

3. Annual membership renewal is $25.

4. Members may renew by placing a minimum order of $50 (with full QV, but no CV).

5. Eligible for SolleRewards program.

    a. $50 - 99 order earns 5% rewards credit

    b.$100 - 149 order earns 10% rewards credit

    c. $150 – 199 order earns 15% rewards credit

    d. $200+ order earns 20% rewards credit

    e. Rewards credit may be used toward product purchases on future orders beginning month following order where credit is earned. 1 point = $1 toward product.

    f. Rewards points are good for 90 days following the month that reward-earning order was placed.

    g. Maximum 50 point redemption on any order.

    h. Normal shipping/handling fees must be paid. 

Example. If a member places an order of $150, a rewards credit of $22.50 is earned (150x.15=22.50). If the next order they place is $100, they can use the $22.50 credit to offset it so they pay the net amount of $77.50 (100-22.50=77.50) plus shipping. There is no commission paid or QV awarded on the SolleRewards credit used. The member then earns a credit of $3.88 (77.50x.05=3.88) which is 5% of the amount they paid on the second order ($100 order).

 6. Member volume is commissionable and is included in Specialist and SollePro organizational volume and rank calculations.
 
 
Specialist:
 
1. Purchase Marketing Package ($59) to become a Specialist if already a Member.
 
2. Enroll with minimum $50 product order and $59 Marketing Package for a minimum enrollment order of $109 to join Solle Naturals as a Specialist.
 
3. Eligible to participate in SolleRewards™
 
        a. Includes optional SolleSafe™ autoship program

            i. Monthly shipment of 100QV minimum

            ii. Product choice in autoship may be changed

            iii. SolleSafe™ has benefit of additional 5% at these SolleRewards™ levels:

                1. 100-149 QV = 15%

                2. 150-199 QV = 20%

                3. 200+ QV = 25%

            iv. Points may be used for product credit or travel/incentive reserve (the parameters will be clearly stated with each travel or other incentive)

            v. Points not used for product credit within 90 days are automatically transferred to travel incentive reserve and held for 2 years.

4. Eligible for SolleQuick™ sponsoring bonus.

        a. Enroll a new Member at $75 minimum order and receive:

            i. Sponsor = 25%

            ii. Next upline = 7%

            iii. Next upline = 5%

            iv. Next upline = 5%

            v. Next upline = 5%

Example: If a member places an enrollment order of $75 which is worth 73 CV, and if the sponsor and uplines have already qualified for the bonus by placing an order of 100 QV, the SolleQuick bonus will be earned. The sponsor will receive $18.25 (73x.25=18.25), the sponsor's upline will receive $5.11 (73x.07=5.11), and the next three uplines will receive $3.65 (73x.05=3.65).

        b. Enroll a new Specialist at $159 minimum (including $59 Marketing Package) and receive:

            i. Sponsor = 30%

            ii. Next upline = 10%

            iii. Next upline = 5%

            iv. Next upline = 5%

            v. Next upline = 5%

Example: If a Specialist places an enrollment order of $159 which has 98 CV (the $59 Marketing Package carries no CV, but has 59 QV), and if the sponsor and uplines have already qualified for the bonus by placing an order of 100 QV, the SolleQuick bonus will be earned. The sponsor will receive $29.40 (98 x .30=29.40), the next upline will receive $9.80 (98x.10=9.80), and the next three uplines will receive $4.90 (98x.05=4.90).

        c. Upline must be eligible to receive commission by having 100 QV by the time the bonus is earned.

        d. No dynamic compression on SolleQuick—this is a sponsoring bonus at higher pay levels

        e. Paid Weekly

        f. Payment on Thursday/Friday of week following enrollment(s)? This will be clarified at launch.

        g. Only ACH payment, no checks will be mailed on SolleQuick bonus.

5. Eligible for 1st level SmartPlan™ commission

        a. 10% payout (highest of SmartPlan™ percentages), since this is only eligible level.

        b. SmartPlan™ bonuses are paid monthly

        c. Paid on the 10 – 15th of month following activity? Clarified at Launch.

 

SollePro:

1. Monthly OV of 1000+, with personal QV of 100, earns SollePro rank status.

2. Eligible for same SolleRewards™, SolleSafe™, and SolleQuick™ programs as Specialist.

3. Eligible for all Compensation Plan bonus programs, according to rank qualifications.

    1. Rank Qualifications/Levels paid are as follows:

        i. SollePro 1K = 1,000 OV (100QV personal)/ 2 levels paid

        ii. SollePro 2K = 2,000 OV (100QV personal)/ 3 levels paid

        iii. SollePro 3K = 3,000 OV (100QV personal)/ 4 levels paid

            1. One 1st-level SollePro is required

        iv. SolleLeader 5K = 5,000 OV (100QV personal)/ 5 levels paid

            1. Two 1st-level SollePros are required

        v. SolleLeader 7K = 7,000 OV (100QV personal)/ 6 levels paid

            1. Three 1st-level SollePros are required

        vi. SolleLeader 10K = 10,000 OV (100QV personal)/ 7 levels paid

            1. Four 1st-level SollePros are required

        vii. SolleLeader 15K = 15,000 OV (100QV personal)/ 7 levels paid

            1. Four 1st-level SollePros are required

            2. One 1st-level SolleLeader is required

        viii. SolleElite 25K = 25,000 OV (100QV personal)/ 7 levels paid

            1. Three 1st-level SollePros are required

            2. Two 1st-level SolleLeaders are required

        ix. SolleElite 50K = 50,000 OV (100QV personal)/ 7 levels paid

            1. Two 1st-level SollePros are required

            2. Three 1st-level SolleLeaders are required

        x. SolleElite 75K = 75,000 OV (100QV personal)/ 7 levels paid

            1. One 1st-level SollePro is required

            2. Three 1st-level SolleLeaders are required

            3. One 1st-level SolleElite is required

        xi. SolleElite 100K = 100,000 OV (100QV personal)/ 7 levels paid

            1. Three 1st-level SolleLeaders are required

            2. Two 1st-level SolleElites are required

 

1. SmartPlan™:

    a. Eligible generation levels are sorted, highest to lowest, by total QV on each level

    b. Highest QV level is paid 10%, second highest 7%, third 5%, fourth 4%, fifth 4%, sixth 3%, seventh 2%.

    c. Dynamic Compression is utilized to insure significant payout in SmartPlan™

    d. Maximum CV commissionable on any one level = 25% of total OV.

2. High 5!: Up to an additional 5% is paid on the highest level according to rank:

lona. SollePro 2K = 2% (so that is 12% total with SmartPlan™ 10%)

    b. SollePro 3k = 2%

    c. SolleLeader 5k = 3%

    d. SolleLeader 7k = 3%

    e. SolleLeader 10K = 4%

    f. SolleLeader 15k = 4%

    g. SolleElite 25k = 5%

    h. All higher ranks = 5%

3. MentorMatch

    a. Earn up to 100% bonus match on the check of all personally-sponsored SollePros. If more leaders are qualified than is possible to match at 100% by the fund, the highest possible pro-rated % is paid until monthly fund is spent. MentorMatch is funded with 2% of total commissionable volume, and is also funded by the commissions available, but not earned, in SolleQuick, HD override, and SmartPlan. Mentor Match funds would only be limited by overall payout % by the company (capped at 50% CV).

    b. Minimum rank of SollePro 3k is required to receive MentorMatch™

4. Infinity Bonus

    a. Max of 1% commission on OV beyond level 7 is paid according to the following schedule:

        i. SolleLeader 15k = 10% of max

        ii. SolleElite 25k = 25%

        iii. SolleElite 50k = 50%

        iv. SolleElite 75k = 75%

        v. SolleElite 100k = 100%

Example: If you have 50,000 in OV in your organization levels 8-12, and you were a SolleElite 50K, you would receive $250 as your infinity bonus. (50,000x.01=500. 500x.50=250)

    b. If a downline Leader qualifies for infinity, that leg of organization is no longer paid to qualifying upline, because that downline receives it.

5. HD Override

    a. **Optional. This can be chosen beginning the second month by calling customer support. It is a great option for anybody who personally purchases over $1,000 in product each month. It gives higher rewards than SolleRewards due to higher volumes being purchased.

    b. Paid monthly on personal purchases of enrollee:

        i. 1,000 QV = 28%

        ii. 2,500 QV = 30%

        iii. 3,500 QV = 32%

    c. Sponsor receives 5%

    d. Five additional upline receive 3% on HD Override purchases, if eligible by meeting 100 QV minimum by the time the order is placed.

    e. No dynamic compression, since this is a special bonus.

    f. SolleRewards Reserve points are earned, but not SolleRewards points.

    g. If an order is placed for less than 1,000 QV, no HD Override will be earned; however, SolleRewards points will be earned.

    h. When HD override is chosen, the orders will be paid out to the sponsor and uplines according to the HD override percentages above.

    i. No SmartPlan payout for HD override orders.

Example: Joe places an order of 1,000 QV for the month. He receives a check for $280, his sponsor receives $50, and up to five uplines above the sponsor will each receive $30.

6. Founding 30 Leaders

    a. First 30 to reach rank of SolleLeader 15K

    b. Maintain rank for 9 out of first twelve months

    c. Receive equal share of 1% of Market Revenue (CV)

    d. Paid Annually (December 10-15)

    e. No more than 50% of OV may be from one downline leader's line

    f. Ongoing bonus as long as rank is held 9 out of 12 months each year
